I received Michelle's name through a very good friend of mine who was already working with Michelle. This was my second time buying a home, but it had been over 13 yrs since my first home buying experience and a totally different market. Michelle was very helpful in letting me know how the market was. Houses were being sold within 12 hours of being listed so I had to be ready when there was something that came available that I was interested in. Michelle took the time to find the market price we were looking for along with the specifics I wanted such as what I wanted in the home and the neighborhood. She was always quick to send me homes that became available and also quick to set up an appointment for me to look at the homes. When I found a home I was interested in putting an offer on she was very helpful in making the transaction happen as quickly as she could. She was always easy to get ahold of and always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I felt like Michelle was always looking out for my best interests. I never felt like she pushed anything on me to make a quick sale. She was always very professional and respectful. When we first started looking for houses, we would just go to open houses and get a feel for every realtor in charge of that certain property.. We didn't get a "GREAT" vibe from anyone to be honest and no one wanted to truly help us until we got close to our end of lease date of our apartment.
